Introduction :

GL Finance Plc. (GLF) began its commercial activities in Cambodia in May 2012, being the first step of the regional expansion plan. GLF is the first financial company for motorcycle and agricultural machinery licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia.

GLF has teamed up with Honda NCX to provide financial services to all local Honda customers. Based on this partnership, GLF can support the purchase of brand­new motorcycles from its commercial desk in each official Honda retailer. With presence in 150 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 
In September 2013, GLF has signed a new partnership with Siam Kubota Co. Ltd. to provide financial leasing on agricultural equipment. This partnership is a step further toward the reaching of unbanked, isolated populations in need financial back up to their business. With presence in 23 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 

Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Systems or Engineering.
  •  3-4 years’ equivalent work experience in a position responsible for managing active directory, domain services, server, network infrastructure, and storage environments for datacenter.
  •  Must have a strong 'hands on' technical background in network (Routing and Switching), VPN Technology ( IPsec and SSL VPN) and firewall technologies (Checkpoint, Palo Alto and FortiGate, etc.)
  •  Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
  •  Experience with Setup and Installation Hardware Server of IBM and SimpliVity is a plus
  •  Experience with Linux and Windows OS environments including installation, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, backup and restoration.
  •  Intermediate understanding of storage (such as SAN, DAS, NFS, iSSCSI and FC) technologies.
  •  Cisco (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and VMware certifications is a plus
  •  Excellent documentation and communication skills, a proactive and detail-oriented approach, a strong team-oriented attitude, and the ability to establish work priorities are required.
  •  Passion for the craft with a demonstrated ability to learn and understand the technology both at a high level and at a detailed level.
  •  Fluent in English both spoken and written is mandatory. 
Job Duties :

Datacenter:

  •  Oversee datacenter operations including server room, networks and physical server's managements.
  •  Deliver enterprise infrastructure solutions including, but not limited to Network, Storage, Servers, and Virtualization technology (VMware).
  •  Manage and monitor day-to-day operations, maintenance, reliability, testing, rollout, upgrades, support, and general system administration including (but not limited to) datacenter, network communications, and servers.
  •  Manage third-party contractors, licenses, and support contracts.
  •  Architect, design and sustain a stable Linux and Windows server environment including Active Directory (AD), DHPC, DNS, Mail and file server, etc.
  •  Recommends and executes modifications to system environments to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.

 Services Delivery:

  •  Install and Configure FortiGate Firewall, Cisco Core Switch and Access Switch and AP Wi-Fi.
  •  Administration on SimpliVity and IBM Servers
  •  Ensures the high-availability and security of active directory and domain services infrastructure including DHCP, DNS, LDAP, Group Policies, File Server, DFS, Network and Datacenter components.
  •  Ensures the high-availability of LAN, WAN, and DPLC including VPN technology (IPSec and SSL VPN)
  •  Manage, configure and monitor system monitoring tools such as Nagios, Cacti, Syslog, Zabbix, etc.
  •  Analysis of data and trends in existing systems for the proactive management of storage architecture, capacity, and response times.
  •  Monitors, tests system performance and provides performance statistics and reports to ensure service levels are met.

 Security:

  •  Plans and implements system upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches.
  •  Responsible of update patch of all data center devices and make sure it meets recommended security level.
  •  Follow and implement security best practices that will assist in maintaining a stable and highly secure IT environment.
  •  Develop and manage the business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
  •  Develop, perform, and manage proactive functions including evaluative testing and audits with variance analyses, corrective action recommendations, and recommendations for future capability and capacity planning.

 Process:

  •  Develop and maintain applicable IT policies and procedures.
  •  Troubleshooting and fault identification of network and server problems with fast rectification by coordinating with vendors / suppliers / contractors.
  •  Develops and maintains standard operating procedures, technical documentation, design, support and training documentation for operational tasks.
