• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged
• Relevant experience in standard companies is needed 
• Knowledge of sales and marketing activities
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good spoken and written communication skill in both English and Khmer 
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good problem-solving skill 
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skill 
• Ability to work under pressure
• Very flexible to travel & work on holidays 

• Collect ring pull winner information from all regions and consolidate the report and update on a daily basis 
• Manage (planning and execution) the entire prize delivery activities including but not limited to collecting the necessary documentation from customers and distributors, 
• Process the necessary documents with internal team to release the payment as well as the arranging the prize deliver event nationwide 
• Work with relevant team members to promote/advertise NCP delivery campaign plus prize delivery event to the end consumers 
• Input key data in system 
• Perform other tasks as assigned
