• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media and Communication or related filed is preferable. 
• Passionate & Knowledgeable in Music & Lifestyle Entertainment 
• Computer Skill: Microsoft Office
• Demonstrate good leadership and time management skills
• Good communications skills and ability to articulate ideas well 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively within and outside the organization 
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English
• 1 year Experiences working in Music & Entertainment industries are highly advantageous

• To support on technical and communication side with local Content Providers for Smart Music and Smart Tunes. 
• Content upload for Smart Tunes (caller ringback tones - CRBT) and Smart Music
• Daily liaisons with in-house technical team and vendors
• Knowledge of mp3 format conversion program and file types and following CRBT upload instruction
• Communicate new content code release to Customer Service
• Communicate content deliveries to international and local Content Provider
• Daily communicate with Content Providers and Artists on work related issue
• Monthly revenue reports to CPs and invoice submissions
• Refresh content/playlist on frontend of Smart Music app
• Manage and monitor Corporate Smart Tunes platform 
• Liaisons with corporate post-paid clientele on song upload and content management for their staff and customers
