• To act as the internal business analyst for Music & Entertainment team to assist in products development and implementation by providing business analysis.
• Apply sophisticated methods, metrics and tools to achieve the business benefits and corporate goals in areas such as billing, production, workflow, customer relationship management and manufacturing.
• Assess, monitor, validate and track KPI metrics and plans for all business activities to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements/ objectives of the campaign.
• Translating and simplifying report requirements to provide clear business analytics to showcase business performance regularly
• Document performance of all projects or marketing campaigns into case studies for future business forecast use.
• To assist in developing the Go-To-Market Plan or Business case to launch new ser-vices to market.
• To work closely with Business Intelligence team to work out the business perfor-mance analysis.
