• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• At least one year experience with traditional media and web-based social media.
• Demonstrated experience generating digital content.
• Strong writing and communications skills, especially online.
• Demonstrated expertise in key social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest.
• Experience managing and/or coordinating media projects.
• High comfort level using and learning new technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively, yet be self-motivated and self-directed.
• Be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask.
• Fluent in English – writing, reading, speaking, and listening. 

• To create, promote, and share digital content on company websites, social media channels;
• to provide expertise on the latest trends in social media channels and helping to coordinate social media postings;
• to develop compelling and creative content for websites-this would include drafting online feature stories, blog content, social media posts, and other website content;
• to work closely with all marketing and department management team members and also with other business units;
• to draft website, social media, and e-communications text to market products to customers; 
• to contribute to multimedia engagement campaigns;
• to manage photo and video contests;
