• Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication Studies, Marketing, New Media or a related field
• Knowledge of social media research and analysis
• Knowledge of social media strategy
• Knowledge of multimedia content production 
• Advanced in graphic design skills, and audiovisual production skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Flexible to travel

• Contribute to the development social media strategies
• Manage social media platforms of beverages (alcohol, non-alcohol) and other products of Chip Mong Group
• Research audience preferences and discover current trends for social media content design
• Create engaging text, image and video content to post on social media
• Design product-related and non-product related artworks to keep audiences’ curiosity and interests on all social media platforms
• Act as focal person engaging in online conversation with audiences and responding to their queries
• Track, record and report on progress, reviews and feedback of all online platforms
• Initiate creative concepts to attract and engage with audiences on all social media platforms
• Manage an effective posting schedule, considering web traffic and audiences engagement metrics
• Initiate, develop and produce creative content in various forms such as artworks, texts, images and videos to engage audiences on all social media platforms
