- Provides medical scientific leadership into various plans and strategies including marketing initiatives, Studies development, hospital tenders and listings. Be member of Cross functional team (when required).
- Takes responsibility for study development programs of the Business units within portfolio (included local studies NIS, ISS). Identifies, Initiates and completes agreed study development activities in a timely and systematic manner. Be ISS responsible of local ISS. Takes responsibility that all study development activities are run in accordance with all applicable external and internal regulations and guidelines.
- Provide plans and conducts relevant scientific training for the marketing and sales professionals in the organization. Support marketing to develop key messages and materials for products/therapy/diagnostic areas.
- Review and ensure that all marketing materials included publications are compliant with global Medical Governance and local requirements.
- Responds to all external scientific and medical queries from physicians, regulatory authorities and public alike in an accurate, transparent and convincing manner in order to position BHP as a credible, trustworthy and professional leader in the industry. Develops, maintains, and strengthens strategic partnership with relevant KOL’s, societies, and associations. Act as medical contact for KOL and external Medical experts. In collaborate with local marketing to develop, conduct Advisory Board meetings, Congress, Symposia… .
