•  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
•  Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Engineering Mechanical in manufacturing environment , Utilities Plants
•  At least 1-2 years experiences Managerial level
•  Possess deep knowledge of Engineering and Maintenance; TPM & implementation;
•  Broad knowledge of mechanical equipment, buildings and utilities
•  Good command of English both written and spoken;
•  Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
•  Good Communication, Planning and Organizing skills;

•  Plan, control, and monitor mechanical maintenance (CMMS), RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis), and improvements;
•  Participate in DCS meetings when required
•  Maintain and improve CMMS/Maximo related to mechanical maintenance
•  Ensure mechanical production equipment is in good condition to run smooth process & production. 
•  Provide and conduct regular mechanical equipment performance evaluation and provide plan for improvement.
•  Continuous improvement on technical availability through TPM analysis, RCFA.
•  Define specifications, Install, maintain, repair, overhaul, calibrate and test all Brewery mechanical equipment 
•  Troubleshoot all mechanical 
•  Periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all mechanical machines and control systems. Diagnosing existing or potential trouble; cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts as conditions indicate.
•  Read and interpret drawings, and specifications during installation or performing major repair works
•  Control the quality of work done by subordinates and contractors
•  Coach and develop subordinates to improve their performances and to enhance their skills and professional knowledge.
