•  Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or course related to the Majors 
•  3-5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and plumbing of construction process and practical 
•  Good English speaking (would be better for Chinese candidate but not mandatory)
•  Project Management skill, good in negotiable with other parties like: Sub-con, Co-Worker, tender, suppliers, government officer…
•  Good communication skill
•  Communication and negotiating skills
•  Computer literature 

•  Assist in testing and commissioning of MEP equipment’s
•  Ensure that MEP subcontractors adheres to projects safety and regulations
•  Coordinate and administer of MEP related materials, system, and shop drawings submittal 
•  Direct monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractors
•  Assist in scope review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change in ordered
•  Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions, facilitate problem solving, between MEP and Subcontractors
•  Planned MEP system, design, and project progress with other related parties
•  Assist in receipt and review of MEP submittal 
•  Assistant in installation of MEP work
•  Ensure MEP Subcontractors provided adhere relevant Quality documentation / records
•  Other task shall be assigned
