• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, business administration or others related fields;
• At least 5 years solid experiences in marketing management with multi-businesse of company; 
• Have a good interpersonal skill, hardworking, and honesty;
• Having a good communication skills and creative idea;
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem solving and influencing skills;
• Dynamic and pleasant personality;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English;
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office, Internet, E-mail, Outlook. 

• Analyse and evaluate the evolution of marketing environment, competition, client’s needs, satisfaction and complaints, and other marketing intelligence for a development and improvement of products & services;
• Develop and execute effective and superior marketing campaigns/new product launches in line with marketing objective and strategies;
• Work closely with relevant sales channels to ensure proper and timely execution of all activities and promotions;
• Monitor competitor’s market intelligence, benchmarking against competitors and global industry practices;
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives;
• Manage website and social media such as: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc. ; 
• Manage, arrange and overseeing the company’s marketing budget;
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns with suppliers and agencies; 
• Overall responsibility for company branding awareness and corporate identity;
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications;
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing;
• Other tasks assigned by supervision.
