•  To answer customer call-in and consolidate the inquiry and share to all dealers
•  To consolidate daily sales report and share to TCAM management and stakeholders
•  To collect and consolidate customer profile
•  To manage TCAM Facebook Fanpage
•  To perform other task or projects as assigned by Marketing Leader/Manager
