•  At least 02 year experience in sales & marketing with construction company
•  Good English speaking & writing
•  Be able to use MS. Office, Internet & E-mail
•  Could work under pressure.

•  Plans, evaluates and surveys the requirement of customers
•  Makes sale plan to strengthen internal sources by updating and development
•  Updates sale & marketing policy regarding to the internal source & requirement
•  Promotes product/service, look potential customers to achieve revenue, sales targets
•  Creates marketing strategy to compete in the marketing environment 
•  Good knowledge in customer service and communication skill
•  Maintains & builds better relationship and existing customers via site visit, phone calls, emails
•  New product-orientation to customer & Fast to catch up the customer purpose
•  Holds on with high standard of self-attitude with job performance and report to Sale Manager
•  Be leading person in working process and hard working
•  Continually learn new product knowledge and improve selling skills by training
•  Perform other tasks assigned by management.
