• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in Sales and Marketing or a related area. 
• Knowledge of mass marketing.

• Good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Khmer.

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Property Management department.
• Ensure housing units are handed over to customers on time and in good quality.
• Manage and inspect all vacant housing units and ensure that the units are ready for handover to customers.
• Develop and enforce occupancy policies for residents in the housing complex such as security fees, parking rules, etc. 
• Perform verification of housing unit handover reports and present to management team.
• Effectively manage security, landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure the safety and welfare of all residents within the housing complex.
• Provide on-the-job training and development to Property Management team and manage the overall performance of team members.
• Work closely within and across departments to deal with customer complaints related to construction quality and security. 
• Review existing operational practices in the Property Management department; propose appropriate changes for improvement where necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
