• Must have related University Degree (e.g. Marketing, Advertising or other related fields)
• With minimum five years’ experience in the same capacity
• OR Equivalent career in an Advertising Agency catering mostly to the Construction industry is preferable.
• Experience in branding, market research, advertising preferably in the construction sector
• Experience working with a wide network of employees, Top Management and Stakeholders
• Experience in identifying and analyzing issues and providing advice and recommendations to a range of different audiences
• Recent experience in policy development and a sound understanding of Cambodian government’s framework.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of CMEDCC’s Management Philosophy.
• Be willing to be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

• The following functions and documentary obligations are required to be performed in a timely, accurate manner to the full satisfaction and approval of HOD Business Development and Managing Director. 
• Various roles which includes but is not limited to Planning; Advertising; Public Relations, Event Organization, Product/Service Development, Distribution, Sponsorship and Research
• Customer Relationship Management
• Photo shoots and marketing materials
• Periodic Web-Site Updates
• Article / Branding conceptualization, write-ups and proofreading
• Customer Database management
• Market Research, Campaigns and Exhibitions
• Competitor Research and Monitoring
• Reports:
• *Weekly and Monthly Marketing Status
• *Web-Site News and Updates
• *Other Reports as may be required
• Principal Role and Responsibilities
• 1. Real performance on section task.
• 2. Realization of own department’s responsibilities and target.
• 3. Any interface work with other organization for smooth job handling.
• 4. Improvement of job handling manner under HOD / MD assistance/guidance.
• 5. Timely reporting of key subject to HOD / MD upon necessity.
• Authorities
• Under HOD / MD’s guidance, to follow, process and execute all instructions on Departmental roles / functions.
• Assist and work with the assigned Department as a Team, constantly coordinating, communicating and discussing.
