•  At least 02 year experience in sales & marketing with construction company;
•  Good English speaking & writing;
•  Be able to use MS. Office, Internet & E-mail;
•  Could work under pressure.

•  Push up selling and marketing activities to meet the selling target of the company;
•  Show customer types of houses and model house, prices, and other buying conditions;
•  Seek for more targeted customers by building network with people and keep good relationship with existing customer;
•  Promotion plaining to external source;
•  Keep good communicating, attitude and all of activities with costumers;
•  Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
