Truemoney is a (mobile) provider in Cambodia the enables customers, who are typically "un-banked", to access financial services using their mobile phone
or/and the Truemoney agent network (Terminal POS). Truemoney is building a network of Truemoney agents, and strategic partners to provide a suite of financial payments services.

III. SPECIFICATION/REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degree in audit, accounting, and other business sector
• Proven working experience in related field
• Ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
• Sound analytical orientation
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Ability to interact with people from varied cultural background
• Sound problem solving skills with high flexibility
• Ability to manage many tasks at the same time
• Ability to identify the issue and issue resolution skill
• Strong understanding on varies type of system
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Willing to go to provinces

IV. RIGHTS IN DECISION MAKING:

• Make risk assessment and give the recommendation for any project which has high risk impact

I. KEY TASKS:

• Coordinate marketing communication of advertising channels
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or broadcast media
• Create new concept to do marketing material and promotion tool
• Monitoring competitor activities
• Prepare agendas and conduct research
• Work with marketing team to spread out branding nationwide – Brand Awareness
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Communicate key message, both print and electronic

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
• Spread out branding nationwide
• Go out to meet prospective agents and check branding
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
• Give feedback and report to management about market situation to improve our sale
• Review and correct wording and misinformation of all marketing material and media design
• Check media monitor report to find the reality reference of the advertisement
• Doing daily, weekly, monthly Marcom reports
• Communicate and follow up all tasks of departments are under marketing communication
• Other duties as assigned
