• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or closely related field. 
• Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to ever-changing situations.
• Experience in implementing brand awareness and communications programs and driving business using direct and channel-oriented selling models.
• Exhibit strong business acumen, skills and maturity and the ability to work effectively with others even under stressful deadlines situations.
• Planning skills, time management skills and written/oral communications skills are advantages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must.
• Understanding CMEDCC Management philosophy.

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and third parties marketing tool’s so as to maximize company outside exposure. 
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including presentation, catalogues and samples. 
• Writing and proofreading copy. 
• Liaising with designers and printers. 
• Organising photo shoots. 
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials. 
• Maintaining and updating customer database. 
• Organizing and attending events such a conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibition. 
• Contributing market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups. 
• Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies. 
• Managing marketing budgets.
• Evaluating marketing campaigns. 
• Monitoring competitor activity.
• Analyses marketing situation, changes and economic requirement. 
• Supporting the HOD and other colleagues. 
• Other duties assigned by Direct Supervisor.
