• Identifying the objectives of the event and determine the requirements that must be met to accomplish those objectives (for example, facilities and services)
• Planning event with attention to financial and time constraints base on marketing plan
• Creating event proposals which fit to business concept and strategy presenting proposals by deadline.
• Communicating with designer to create effective advertisements for each event, and when necessary crafting marketing materials for production.
• Working closely with supplier for production marketing communication material
• Manage all event operations/ Event Coordinator (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
• Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
• Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
• Conduct Monthly report
• Other tasks assigned by direct superior.
