• Graduate in business administration or other related marketing field 
• At least one year experience in related field 
• Able to manage multi task and deadline
• High attention to details
• Good computer skills such word, excel, Power point
• Proactive, energetic, self confident, and loyal 
• Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken
• Basic understand of marketing concepts
• Be willing to be a team player and enthusiastic about working in fast-paced and highly competitive environment

• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend budget changes where necessary 
• Plan, execute, control and finalize below the line marketing projects /promotions according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones for project execution and management 
• Define project objectives and oversee quality control
• Tract Project milestones and deliverable
• Coach, monitor, motivate and supervise team member to take positive action and accountability for their assigned task 
• Managing internal communications between all departments
• Main and responsible contact point with external partners(i.e. manufacturer).
