•  Medical Education background or Master Degree in Marketing
•  4 years experience in Nutrition market
•  Effective and Good interpersonal skill, English comprehension on the both writing and speaking
•  Good interpersonal skill
•  Strong in computer skill (Word, Excel, Internet – email, …

•  Work collaboration with Brand & Trade Marketing, Sales & Demand Planning , and Management Team to develop business strategies
•  Propose challenging and creative strategy in conjunction with management
•  Lead team to design Nutrition strategy plan and budget in order to create product demand with HCPs channels and category
•  Develop Nutrition strategy and target by territory and channel.
•  Lead team to achieve New user/consumers achievement vs target
•  Lead team to increase market competitiveness opportunities within HCPs channel
•  Provide coaching and team development to drive and motivate team strong
•  Design and develop priority and important HCP channels and services for Nutrition team
•  Plan and organize in develop action plan to improve product growth
