• Pharmacy or Doctor Degree
• 5-year experience in field of sales management from pharmaceutical company
• Demonstrate sound leadership skills
• Knowledge in sales management
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills,
• Result oriented
• Critical problem solving skill
• Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Language Requirement: Good command of English

• Control and monitor the sales business strategies and activities of the team to achieve sales.
• Identify ways of improving communication among the team and encourage employees work together as well as cross department.
• Keep track of employees’ training and special skills as they relate to job assignments to help their growth and development.
• Set up a plan and strategy in order to achieve team target. 
• Plan and control time and territory management of sale.
• Evaluate by conducting incentive program and appraisals of a team members.
• Good cooperation with other department for achieve sales target.
• Report to General Manager
