Job Requirement :

Skills Required:
• Good knowledge of contemporary HR management and practices.
• Good business acumen and customer focus, coupled with the self-directed ability to man-age multiple projects and priorities in a practical, thoughtful and inclusive manner.
• Passion and ability to affect and inspire change, to drive a culture of engagement and inclu-sion.
• Excellent and demonstrated coaching, feedback and people development skills
• Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and team player
• Good literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook/ IBM Lotus Notes
Working Experience: 
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in field of employee relations, recruitment and employer branding, or learning and development.
• Experienced in Supply Chain/Logistic industry is strongly preferred.

Job Duties :

• As a contact HR person for the SCM, provides appropriate consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, processes, guidance and other HR related issues and ensures the HR processes in full compliance in the SCM. 
• Manages employee sourcing and placement of the SCM timely in line with the HR policies and ensure the on-boarding program is delivered properly.
• Manages employee relations, employee disciplinary actions and employee separation. 
• Develops succession plan, talent management and manages staff performance cycle of the SCM.
• Identifies training and development needs for the BU and proactively works with the Learn-ing & Development team to ensure the training and development calendar are delivered timely and the objectives are met.
