• Complete understanding of day to day running of a transport operation
• Complete understanding of TMS and other transport systems like Telematics
• Complete awareness on Health & Safety
• Complete understanding of using RFQ’s, contract negotiations as a base to improving the cost position
• Optimization for loading and unloading vehicles
• Having knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
• Can travelling all the province around Cambodia
• Strong people skills in coaching & mentoring
• Strong computer and presentation skills
• Understanding what motivates Transporters and Drivers 
• Visual recognition of good vehicle driving & conditions

• Responsible for the day to day and future operations of Cambodia Transport
• Responsible for the implementation of systems and processes to improve our transport operations. Eg TMS
• Responsible to implement a Network Improvement plan alongside the Network Development Manager
• Responsible for the negotiations and contracts with all Transporters
• Responsible for Health & Safety for all fleets
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and also manage maintenance work shop
