Amret is now looking for a qualified and talented candidate to fulfill the following position:

• * Essential:
•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or any related fields;
•  Minimum 2 years’ experience in agriculture field, credit product development or credit appraisal, preferably from MFIs or Commercial Banks;
•  Knowledge in banking products is an advantage.
• * Skills required:
•  Advanced in business performance analysis, report management, and products delivery;
•  Proficient in product design and innovation, channel distribution and partnership development, and business acumen;
•  Strong project management, risk management, problem solving and leadership skills;
•  Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, internet and email;
•  Excellent command of English both written and spoken.

• Manage the end-to- end development of microcredit products enhancement and ensure new initiative is possessed with a competitive advatage and meet current need of clients;
•  Coordinate adhoc meetings of credit product task force teams and product development committees for improving and validating the credit products;
•  Follow-up the products pilot tests and roll-outs into the target market for better monitoring and evaluation to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of enhanced products in the market;
•  Monitor the evolution of the microcredit portfolio (comparison with quantitative and qualitative objectives) to better assess the risk of credit portfolio;
•  Manage the staff under supervision in order to achieve their objectives and ensure the quality of workforce organization within unit; and
•  Peform the development of action plan of microcredit to ensure it is well prepared, organized and controlled.
