Job Duties :
|
|

Monitor the development, update, and implementation of the reward system, policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines to be competitive, cost effective and effectively attract, and retain employees aligned with organizational needs
-
Monitor the implementation and modification of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of employee data registration/transaction, compensation and benefits computation/payment, HR reports, HR work processes and flows as well as employee self-services portal
-
Check and analyze personnel cost projection, budgeting, and expenditure as part of cost monitoring and improving in the next year plan
-
Manage staff loan implementation to ensure smooth execution aligned with policy and procedure
-
Manage and monitor insurance coverage and annual medical check-up to ensure the wellness of employees
-
Manage staff welfare account
-
Supervise and coach subordinates to work effectively and independently
-
Perform subsequent control and management control to mitigate risks.
