Job Requirement :
  •  Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  •  3 years of work experience in HR management, policy development and HRIS management
  •  Good analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  •  Good communication, interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  •  Computer literacy
  •  English proficient
  •  Result oriented and attention to details
Job Duties :
  •  Monitor the development, update, and implementation of the reward system, policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines to be competitive, cost effective and effectively attract, and retain employees aligned with organizational needs
  •  Monitor the implementation and modification of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of employee data registration/transaction, compensation and benefits computation/payment, HR reports, HR work processes and flows as well as employee self-services portal
  •  Check and analyze personnel cost projection, budgeting, and expenditure as part of cost monitoring and improving in the next year plan
  •  Manage staff loan implementation to ensure smooth execution aligned with policy and procedure
  •  Manage and monitor insurance coverage and annual medical check-up to ensure the wellness of employees
  •  Manage staff welfare account
  •  Supervise and coach subordinates to work effectively and independently
  •  Perform subsequent control and management control to mitigate risks.
