To respond to our business growth, we’re looking for the qualified applicants for the position as mentioned below:

•  Bachelor degree in the field of Management, Marketing, Finance & Banking, Economics and other related skill.
•  At least 2 year experiences in credit product development a plus.
•  Equip with good understanding and knowledge of microfinance and banking products, especially credit products and/or services.
•  Be able to coordinate with cross functional team to ensure high productivity
•  Good computer Skill as Ms. Work, Excel and Power point.
•  Excellent in English and Khmer verbal.
•  Committed to timeline and handling pressure.

•  Lead and initiative idea to conduct or analyze the market demand with research team, with development the Business Loan to response to market demand.
•  Lead in enhancing or revising the existing products to response the market changes and keep these products being competitive and attractive in the market.
•  Review product performance to identify product’s SWOT, and take appropriate reflection to ensure the effectiveness and control of product’s performance. 
•  Regular market survey and observation to identify the potential business initiatives in supporting business growth.
•  Lead, coach, and support subordinates to achieve KPI/target to meet the HKL strategic goals.
•  Work with relevant departments or cross functional teams to facilitate.
