• Diploma degree of electrial or equivalent
• At least one year maintenance or electrical work experience in related field.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.

• Inspect buildings, equipment and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly; also, make provision for replacement of replacement of old and damaged appliances
• check electical wiring for accurancy and compliance with regulatory standards to avoid accidents
• supervise to clean and prepare vacated buildings and rooms, getting them ready for new occupants to move in
• supervise the regular cleaning of the common area to promote good hygiene in the environment
• conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and otehr tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
• perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Liaise and supervise the security activities which is being carried out by SAHAS
• control garbage collection/pick up by schedule
• monthly utility consumption consumption record
• joint inspection of tenant move in/move out and do inspection report
• Daily report to immediately supervisor
