Job Description :

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance and servicing of the assigned site/facility. He/She shall be the main liaison for contractors and end users for rectification or maintenance works whenever required and shall be responsible for delivering all site related services and maintenance with good quality and timeliness.

Job Requirement :
  •  A diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering degree of any discipline
  •  Min 3 years’ experience
  •  Experienced with Facility Management and thorough knowledge in troubleshooting and breakdown activities.
  •  Familiar with management of different sites/facilities.
  •  Strategic, analytical and good organizational skills.
  •  Has experience in dealing with government bodies;
  •  Independent and motivated and sense of urgency;
  •  Able to work in a highly matrix and multicultural environment;
  •  Strong oral and written communications skills; and
  •  Has healthy life style, and can work well under pressure and flexibility to work long hours if situation demands.
  •  Proficiency in Khmer and English
  •  Mandarin is an added advantage.
Job Duties :
  • The Maintenance Engineer is accountable for the following tasks:
  • Responsible for successful execution of HVAC, MEP works and activities after site hand over.
  • In charge of troubleshooting and maintaining all kinds of Mechanical, Electrical equipments and systems, plumbing, electrical, low current systems, generators, BMS and other MEP equipments.
  • To complete project management, supervision and maintenance MEP Maintenance Contracts for mixed use developments. 
  • Coordinate maintenance works within the office, site and infrastructures.
  • Liaise with 3rd party Vendors and contractors for rectification or ad-hoc jobs.
  • Regular inspection of site facilities and plan / propose and implement necessary enhancements / repairs.
  • Responsible for delivering all site related services with good quality and speed.
  • Assist in ensuring the proper usage and maintenance of the facility.
  • Prepare monthly management and technical reports on breakdown and proposals.
  • Advise and lead the technical investigations for rectification and maintenance works.
  • Carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC and general building services.
  • Investigate, analyze, and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned.
  • Ensure all documentation of procedures and maintenance works are adhered to. 
  • Any other tasks as assigned.
