Job Requirement :

Good appearance
Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Engineering
At least 3 year experience in maintenance and installation electrical and mechanical system.
Good in English speaking and writing
High commitment and able to work under pressure
Fast learner and willing to learn new things.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer skills.
To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Able to work flexible on Holiday & Weekend.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Job Duties :

To assist the Building Manager in the building operations and maintenance for a facility or building according to contractual requirements and the company systems and procedures.
To assist the Building Manager to take stock, collect record and update asset records of the Building system, M&E system, store room & equipment rooms.
To manage and maintain proper records and files of correspondence, documents and material pertaining to the property. Ensure all available documents, records and architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings are properly kept and maintained.
To attend to any other duties not listed above but are in connection with the fulfillment for the position of Technical Assistant, e.g. to do handyman repair, to purchase items under petty cash for repair work & etc related to the embassy work.
To check all drawing related to MEP diagrams
To have a professional standard on Maintenance related to MEP.
To check and report all issues to Manager
Other tasks assigned by general manager
