Scope of working:

Marketing Manager’s role is to develop and coordinate advertising strategies and campaigns, determine the market for new goods and services, and identify and develop market opportunities for new and existing goods and services. 

•  A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a similar skill.
•  At least 2 or more years of work experience of marketing with Media / private company.
•  Have knowledge of a marketing techniques and concepts.
•  Be an excellent communicator, negotiator and think creatively.
•  Have design skills and Analytic program such as SPSS, Market Sight .Etcs.
•  Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner
•  High ability to communicate in English and others language is an advantage.
•  Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
•  Applicants submitted with Study Records/Transcripts are highly prioritized.
•  Proposal initiative and research skills and able to maintain confidentiality.
•  Abilities to perform the role and mission travel to provinces when required.

 Working Days and Hours

•  Monday to Friday : 8:00am to 12:00am & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
•  Lunch time : 12:00pm to 1:00pm

•  planning, developing and organizing advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
•  advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
•  coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialized activities, such as artwork, copy writing, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints
•  analyzing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
•  interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
•  researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analyzing data and other statistical information
•  supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
•  commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
•  advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
•  Managing online marketing campaign and response to enquiries on Social Network Site. (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Etc.)
•  Updating and evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
•  Preparing research and survey to identify new target markets.
•  Develop and implement new marketing projects and promotions.
•  Supporting other tasks as directed by CEO.a
