• Bachelor or Master Degree in finance and banking, business administration, or economics
• At least 3-5 year working experience in the same field and same role
• Strong communication skill with excellent of written and spoken English and strong leadership skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with other teams/departments
• Strong analyzing skill and be able to determine/advise on matters related to credit management
• Ability to draft and edit a variety of documents in a clear and in a concise manner
• Knowledge in intermediate/advance MS Office skill

• Matters relating to management and supervisor of rules/guidelines/field manual on follow-up credit management
• Matters relating to management and improvement of follow-up credit management process
• Matters relating to development and management of follow-up credit management system
• Matters relating to planning and management of Forward Looking classification and provision of loan loss reserve
• Matters relating to classification system, and business guidance on Forward Looking Criteria
• Matters relating to establishment of bank-wide default management target 
• Matters relating to management supervisor and legal proceedings implementation of overdue loans, and subject to settlement 
• Matters relating to loan write-off, and collection delegation duties in general
• Matters relating to management and disposal of assets acquire for repayment of loan
• Matters relating to implementation of legal proceeding for loan collection 
• Matters relating to management and reporting of various business relating to overdrafts
