• To review, evaluate retail loan applications and recommend to Retail Loan Centre Manager/other
• approving party for decision.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Evaluates loan applications received from branches and recommend to Retail Loan Manager/other approving authority for decision. 
•  Ensure completeness of supporting documents and take appropriate steps to verify information provided.
•  Ensure independent in the credit process and behave ethically in all activities. 
•  Ensure that Bank’s credit principles and policies are followed and comply with external requirements. 
•  Ensure that deviations from the Bank’s credit management processes/procedures/policies are identified and adequately addressed.
•  Conduct credit bureau (CBC) checking and other applicable blacklist.
•  Conduct site visits where deemed appropriate to verify information and details in the credit applications.
•  Builds relationship with business units and others relevant parties to improve quality of business proposals and turnaround time on credit evaluations.
•  Be proactive in identifying, managing and communicating credit risks. 
• All other matters ancillary to the above and to perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.
