Kookmin Bank Cambodia Plc. is a subsidiary bank of KB Kookmim bank, the largest financial corporation in Seoul, Korea. 

•  Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking, economics, or business administration
•  Thorough knowledge of bank loan products and applicable policies and standards
•  Understanding of government regulations and legal requirements involving lending, collection, insurance, and related functions
•  3 to 5 years of progressive lending experience in bank or similar financial institution
•  Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills
•  Good organizational, managerial, and problem-solving abilities
•  A high level of analytical skills
•  Ability to operate related computer application and business equipment

•  Assists senior management with long and short-term bank planning and develop a total lending strategy for the company
•  Participates in developing lending policies and procedure and ensure they complement organizational goal
•  Executes established goal and coordinate their implementation with other departments and team
•  Ensure lending activities are conducted in accordance with established policy guidelines and standards, and properly documented
•  Conducts periodic reviews of existing policies to ensure effectiveness
•  Ensures policies are updated and are in accordance with regulations, legal requirements, and industry trends
•  Ensure the maintenance of statistics relatives to loans issued, report data, delinquency follow-up, etc..
•  Ensure business loans, accounts, and property management are manage effectively to meet the needs of borrowers
•  Keeps senior management informed of loan activities, progress toward established objectives, and of any significant problems
•  Completes required reports and related documents promptly and accurately, and in compliance with company guidelines and policies.
•  Ensures the maintenance of department records
•  Ensures the availability of adequate services and material to support lending activities
•  Other tasks assigned by management team
