•  Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Finance & Accounting, Banking or other related field
•  At least 3 years of work experiences in Finance & Accounting, Banking or MFIs
•  Microsoft Office: Word., Excel, and other financial programs
•  Proficient in English both Speaking and Writing, if can use other languages such as thai & Chinese is the plus
•  Able to have knowledge related to Homes Loan 
•  Presentation Skills, Project Management Skill, management Skills.

•  Prepare data of finance deal options from Sales & Marketing to make sure that all loan requested are properly filed
•  Study about loan requirements before submit to partners (MFIs/Banks)
•  Coordinate and Monitor all loans status that have been communicated between company and MFIs/Bank
•  Working closely with MFLs/Banks to makes sure that all approved loans are fitted to the erection plan
•  Working closely with finance department to make sure that all account receivables are collected
•  Prepare regular report being daily report, weekly report and monthly report, and submit to directed supervisor
•  Perform other tasks which is ordered from direct supervisor.
