This person will support the steering committee of a university in all of its administrative needs in managing the university. He/she will be the first point of contact for persons seeking support from the steering committee. He/she must be highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, good at summarizing and communicating information. This role may later transition into assisting the President, staff at the university, and other stakeholders such as government ministries, advisors and partners. This includes collecting, summarizing and triaging requests from different departments, communicating to department heads and staff on behalf of the committee, scheduling, attending, and/or taking notes at meetings, responding to emails.
