Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor's degree or some college preferred
  •  Relevant work experience in Outbound Sales or Customer Service a plus
  •  Outgoing personality able to make many outbound calls and contacts to lenders and financial companies
  •  Able to work on and update contact databases and spreadsheets with contact information and status of follow up
  •  Confidence to sell and close sales
  •  Confident in Ability to advertise to lenders and investors
  •  Basic Understanding of lending and underwriting guidelines and conditions
  •  Strong personality Able to get information from persons you speak to. 
  • OR
  •  1+ Years full-time, relevant work experience
  •  Sales experience (e.g. retail sales, sales goals, commission sales, account executive); or
  •  Management/Supervisory - in a sales/service industry
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  •  Demonstrated leadership abilities, motivation, competitive drive and outgoing personality
  •  Must have a valid driver's license
  •  Some formal qualifications are generally not hard-line required as ability, mindset, attitude, mentality and values and beliefs are more important than formal qualifications and status.

Job Duties :
  •  Outbound solicitation of lenders and brokers for commercial finance loans.
  •  Collecting lending guidelines from lenders, banks, and brokers
  •  Emailing and building contact databases of commercial lenders both overseas and domestically
  •  Contacting lenders in multiple nations
  •  Networking with lending industry in Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Usa, Thailand, and India and others 
  •  Preparing and packaging loan files for the company and for other business and small companies to then send onto lenders.
  •  Proactive outside of the box thinking to gather guidelines, then build the project to the loan guidelines.
  •  Gathering information on credit system in Cambodia
  •  Reporting all information continually to managers
  •  Selling lenders on the merits of the loans
  •  Inviting lenders and networks to meetings and events hosted by the company
  •  Follow up on pipeline of contacts consistently
  •  Highest level of client services
  • General description:
  •  evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of commercial real estate or credit loans, advise borrowers of financial status and methods of payment includes mortgage loan officers and agents collection analyst, loan servicing officer and loan underwriters
  • - Commercial Loan Sales Officer is accountable for the following:
  • - Meet with Clients to get the full details of application
  • - Analyze financial status and property evaluation to determine the stability of the applicant
  • Review and update credit loan files
  • - Review loan agreements that they have complete and accurate according to policy.
  • - Compute payment and deadline schedules
  • - Submit application to credit analyst for verification and recommendation
  • - Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find a way reaching their goals
  • Note:
  • + Working hour: 9am – 6pm
  • + Working Day: Monday – Saturday
  • + Team outing once a month on saturday
  • + Staff lunch 2x a month with training
  • + Group Training weekly
