• Hold university degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any similar degree
• Have at least one to two years of experience in sales area
• Have computer literacy (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Have good English in speaking and writing
• Be creative and organized
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to speak and present to clients
• Have good negotiation and communication skill both verbally and via email.

• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to the properties leasing
• Answer questions of prospect about properties for leasing
• Facilitate the leasing agreement with Asset department
• Create a portfolio of client accounts and monitor the ongoing activities related to them
• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
• Identify and grow opportunities within the areas where company has asset
• Help leasing team to formulate leasing strategies
• Ensure that the deadlines of the projects or campaign are being met
• Monitor the effectiveness of the campaign and provide client reports
• Advertise the available properties such as in newspaper or online listing
