• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• 1-2 year experience in construction industry. On-the-job training will also be provided
• In-depth knowledge in construction materials
• Basic spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good knowledge in ASTM standards and other concrete standards
• Diligence, accountability and good communications skills

• Conduct tests and prepare reports to assess quality of raw materials
• Schedule sample collection, sort and cure samples from sites according to standard requirements
• Arrange and conduct concrete testing with clients
• Prepare testing results to be reported to lab supervisor
• Record all discrepancies related to sample quality, testing results and failure modes
• Participate in research & development activities
• Provide timely solutions to concrete-related issues at sites
• Assist in trial mixes with clients and other ad-hoc projects
• Oversee overall operation, health, safety and environment of concrete lab
