S/he will own Revenue Management topic within the company, acting as an independent RM advisor/manager for the business. Drive the Company Revenue Management agenda, aiming for constant maximization of Revenue and Profit through.

•  Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing/ Business Administration / Economy or related fields
• At least 3 years experiences in key account operations and a broad understanding of the company’s product and market plus 3 years experiences in managing & training people
• FMCG experience
• Fluent in English
• Obtain multi skills in problem solving, decision making, persuasive, negotiation, handling objection
• Strategic Awareness

• Supervise implementation and execution of Channel and Brand marketing initiatives of the assigned channel and area.
• Ensure achievement of monthly KPIs including Sales Volume of all CBL SKUs and channel drivers activation
• In close collaboration with National Sales Manager, develop JBP for all top Key Account (KA) with key aim to gain leading position in volume and value shares in KA outlets through activating all shopper drivers
• Develop, prepare and implement agreed sales & promotional plans for key account consistent with overall sales, volume and pricing goals.
• Provide input into the forecasting, planning and preparation of budget
• Ensure overall servicing of clients is effective and optimal for both clients and the organization. Ensure service delivery standards and solutions will demonstrate results of the company’s key metrics i.e. financial, market share, efficiency, effectiveness, etc.
• Keep management informed of sales activities and channel performance by submitting timely and accurate activity, forecasting and results reports on a regular basis.
• Motivate team members to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Consult with/advise RSMs on the business performance of their key accounts. Identify changes necessary to correct deficiencies in performance and/or opportunities for improvement of sales performance.
• Make frequent visits with SS/SRs to help close business, monitor their development and ensure that our propositions are valuable to their client and fit for purpose, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction remains at their highest level.
• Any other duties assigned by National Sales Manager when deemed necessary.
