Cambrew Ltd was established in 1991 when it took over the Angkor Brewery that was commissioned by the Cambodian Government in the early 1960s. 

Today, we are Cambodia’s leading beverage company that manufactures and markets a wide portfolio of beers, stouts, soft drinks and bottled water in Cambodia. Our brands include the Kindgom’s most loved beer – Angkor Premium Beer, Angkor Premium Extra Stout, Klang, Black Panther, Tuborg, Carlsberg, Guinness, Pepsi, Angkor Puro and many more.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Sales and Marketing or related fields. 
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience 
• Computer literate: MS office, e-mail and others are preferred 
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong leadership and good team building skill
• Good command of English speaking and writing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties :

• Manage sales and distribution targets 
• Identify / approach new account
• Maintain existing and develop various prestige outlets through the implementation of defined packaging and competitive pricing strategies, innovative program and high commitment to customer service.
• Manage direct marketing expense for key customers
• Developing contract and business proposal to key customers
• Manage Picture of Success, ensure perfect in-store execution
• Manage sales implementation plan that aligned brand/channel strategy
• Regular dialogue with key customers to review business performance
• Manage and implement customer service level to enhance customer satisfaction
• Understand business strategy and develop the recommendation/ alternative to drive business performance
• Upholding disciplined and relevant processes for customer business development planning (including trading terms agreements), Customer Business Review and In-store execution.
• Developing Key Account & Execution Performance Tracking reports for monthly review with National Key Account Manager.
• Select and develop the key talents to the team, providing comprehensive training and people development plans for functions in each level down the line.
• Develop an effective working knowledge of target market, competitors and key account customers.
• Create innovative ways to build business from existing key account customers and the market by being proactive in responding to their current and future needs, identifying innovations that can be made to acquire new.
