• Hold bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or related fields
• Have 2 years of experience in Sale Administration
• Demonstrate knowledge of computer program (MS. Office and Outlook, internet email and SAP system)
• Be quick learner and have an understanding of the company products
• Possess understanding of numerical data
• Be proactive and flexible 
• Have good interpersonal skill.

• Handle sales order requests from sale team
• Run Credit Checking before posting Invoices
• Check Quotations for all customers' requests
• Post an invoice in the SAP system
• Hit daily Invoices by sales targets
• Maintain client records and related documentations
• Communicate very closely with Logistic, middle man and sales team.
