• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics & Supply Chain or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management and/or warehouse management or a related area
• Knowledge of Inventory management
• Knowledge of warehouse management
• Knowledge of finance
• Microsoft Offices
• Written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
• Familiar with SAP and MM
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of construction product

• Check all material slips with SAP system report
• Compare inventory levels with SAP records
• Make purchase order (PO), goods receipt (GR), Goods receipt (GI)
• Count Physical Inventory
• Block Stock for Damaged goods and/or inadequate quality
• Issue stock for sampling, scraping and internal consumption in SAP
• Produce reports on SAP system as required
• Prepare reports of inventory balance
• Understand and enforce the safety policy and regulations
• Maintain stock records using manual and/or computerized systems
• Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock and changes in stock location
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Officer and/or Supervisor
