As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will manage the marketing and sales units. You will be responsible for crafting marketing, digital, branding and sales strategies to meet the company’s brand awareness, sales and budget targets.

•  Graduated BBA or MBA degree in the field of Marketing or relevant field
•  5 years work experience in a similar field and function including 2 Years as Senior Management Level. Experience from a financial institution is a plus.
•  Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals through excellent organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Ability to scale and lead a high-performing team
•  Proven experience setting high-level strategies and building teams to meet them
•  Strong working knowledge of digital measurement and testing tools
•  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
•  Capable of professional discussions with internal and external stakeholders
•  Proficient in English, both written and spoken 
•  Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

•  Participate in internal audits as assigned;
•  Assist the Internal Audit team with data collection and preparation of risk profiling;
•  Visit branches, sub-branches, and points of sale assigned by Internal Audit Manager;
•  Oversee risk management, control management, operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance;
•  Provide immediate recommendations on deficiencies and non-compliance with operational audits to Internal Audit Manager;
•  Prepare draft audit findings and discuss those deficiencies and findings with the Team Leader with a goal of providing a final report to the Internal Audit Manager; recommendations shall be made for appropriate improvement for internal controls and rectify weaknesses highlighted; 
•  Perform investigation when there is misconduct or a breach of policies and procedures or when fraud is committed by staff and report results of investigation;
•  Perform other related duties as assigned.
