• Cambodian nationality
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, ACCA or CAT, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experiences as an Internal Auditor in banking industry
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Honest, integrity and professional
• High motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Cambodian banking industry
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• English language proficiency. Chinese language is a plus.

• Develop annual audit plan and audit program
• Identify and evaluate risk areas and provide key input to the development of the annual audit plan and audit program
• Conduct risk assessments and identify controls strengthen internal controls
• Manage audit projects according to annual audit planning
• Analyze and identify risks related to accounting, operation and loans, and suggest value-added recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed
• Communicate the results of audit via written reports and oral presentations to managements and follow up managements’ action to audit findings and recommendations
• Provide team coaching and supporting when needed
• Carry out any other duties that will be assigned by management from time to time.
