SOVANNAPHUM LIFE ASSURANCE (SVL) Plc is a joint venture Company between Canadia Investment Holding (CIH) PLC., the holding Company of Canadia Bank Plc, and Muang Thai Life Assurance (MTL) PCL from Thailand.

SVL Plc was granted full license as a life insurance Company by Ministry of Economy and Finance on 24 December 2015, and started operations in 2016. With strong support from both shareholders, plus the use of “customer centricity” to understand the behavior of the Cambodian customers, SVL will be able to develop the right products and services to fulfill the specific need of Cambodian customers.

• At least at 3rd year’s student of Bachelor Degree in sales & marketing, banking, management, or other related fields.
• At least one year experience in sales
• Computer literacy
• Good command in English
• Morality and integrity
• Good critical thinking
• Good coordination
• Good Presentation and negotiation skills and good interpersonal relations
• Understand basic life insurance concepts

• Solving financial problem by providing individual life insurance policies to the employee and non-employee of the company
• Running work-site marketing to bring sales for monthly assigned target
• Running various financial events monthly with sales support and  management team and make sure that the conversion of participation and conversion of sales are under proper control
• Engage closely with co-workers to make sure that there are additional supports both admin tasks and sales referrals.
• Producing sales activity report daily and weekly to line manager
• Being able to go to provinces when there is required meeting from clients or line manager
• Any other tasks will be assigned be line manager
