• Male, age 20-30 years old
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree of IT or equivalent 
• At least 02 years working experience in installation fiber optic
• Can configure router, access point and DVR
• Have knowledge of networking and IP protocol 
• Willing to work hard and learn new thing 
• Honest and teamwork 
• Good command of English both written and spoken 

• Handling customer’s complaints and requests
• Daily installation
• Fixing fiber optic down connection
• Removing equipment from customer’s premise
• Surveying to run fiber optic
• Updating ticket system
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
