•  Bachelor degree in Information Technology
•  2 years of expertise in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices, including: firewall, routers, switches, wireless access points and controller, and monitoring application
•  Experience computer software and hard supporting
•  Knowledgeable in application transport and network infrastructure protocols (SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, NTP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, and Microsoft AD) and possess an understanding of how to support applications / protocols when accessed through VPN and firewall.
•  Configuring wifi control router (Cisco/ Mikrotik)
•  VMWare Enterprise administration experience
•  Strong oral, written, communications and presentation skills.

•  Install, support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, aggregators, switches, Wi-Fi controllers and firewalls.
•  Perform telephone system support, and infrastructure setup
•  Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions, Data backup
•  Provide network and host based security, incident response, firewall and VPN management and administration
•  Computer software and hardware support
•  Provide network documentation, monitor network usage, anticipate problems and suggest solutions
•  Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices
•  Perform other tasks as requested by Head of IT Service
