• Cambodian, Male
• Certificate in computer study (Bachelor's degree is an advantage)
• Knowledge of computer system, network and data communication
• Able to install and troubleshoot PC, peripheral and network devices
• Good English
• Good team work
• Patient and be able to work under pressure
• Honest, responsible and self-motivated
• Willing to work hard and learn new things

• Install/repair Internet connection for customers at customer site (ADSL/Fiber Optic/Wireless)
• Provide IT support for customers (on site and/or by phone)
• Provide IT support for sale/customer service team
• Manage customers' accounts
• Install/configure PC/server/network equipment
• Prepare documents and report all work activities and problems
• Work with other related department
• Perform other duties assigned
