• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• One year experience in configuring computer network, installing hardware software and system, troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
• IT certification is a plus (CCNA, Microsoft…)
• Technical knowledge and proficiency in LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wireless Network, Switching, Routing, Firewall, NAT, CCTV, ….
• Windows Server
• Exchange Server
• Cisco
• IT Security
• Good understanding in Mail Server, AD, DNS, DHCP….
• Good knowledge on Router and Switch configuration
• Good knowledge about voice/data networks technologies is advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft 2008/2012 Server
• Knowledge on Linux/UNIX System
• Possesses good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Fast learner
• Good knowledge English both written spoken

• Providing technical support in office 
• Set up and upgrade computer hardware, software, network connections, systems, add terminals other equipment required.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, network, System, office equipment, and ensure that all IT equipment is in good working order and all IT-dependent activities continue to function without disruption.
• Identify and solve all computer hardware and software, network connections, systems (e-mail, Internet, anti-virus, Spam protection and other computer troubleshooting skills etc.), office equipment, and other IT-related problems.
• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
• Manage internal network and internet connection
• Testing and evaluating new technology
