• Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resource, Management or related fields
•  At least 2 years experiences of training; employee relations
•  Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
•  Very good communication in Khmer and English for both speaking and writing
•  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
•  Flexible and high ability in problem-solving skill, time management
•  Strong willing to work in team
•  High responsibilities and can work under pressure
•  Can travel to provinces if required

•  Analyze training need, design the employee's individual development
•  Planning, organizing and conduct training program for management functions
•  Arrange any training per request from other department
•  Trainee attendance record
•   Monthly training report management
•   Leading and controlling of Annual Master Training Plan
•   Insurance coordination
•   Handle accidence and health insurance, assist employee to process claim form
•   Assist in staff relation activities
